We schedule daily visits for your pet. Where I go to your home to feed them, play with them, take them for walks, etc. This is also available as a “one day only” option. We agree on a time slot for one day during which I can stay at your home with your pet and look after them.
If your pet can’t bear to be alone then I will happily take them into my home and look after them for day care or overnightstays. Please note: I am unable to take in large pets due to the space I have available.
If you have special requests or your pet requires special care and attention we can create a custom plan together to go over how best your pet’s needs can be looked after.
I love being around animals. I guess its due to the fact that I grew up in a home with loads of pets. Cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds…You get the idea. I have volunteered at the conservation centre Cheetah Experience for a few years. Taking care of cheetahs, leopards, wolves, etc. (Go check out their website, they do amazing conservation work! Maybe you can volunteer there too).
I know how difficult it can be to leave behind your beloved pets while you go away. Even for just a day…Watching their little faces as you drive away, like they think you are leaving them forever.
This is where I can be a helping hand. I will look after your pets. Giving them love and keeping them happy and entertained by playing with them, taking them for walks or just simply being with them for a while. And of course feeding them!
I know I love taking photos of my pets so I will keep you updated with your pet’s daily shenanigans (if you want).

We had some bad experiences with kennels in the area. Then we heard of Janke, Paws&Play and are so pleased with her. Our dog loves going to her for day visits or sleepovers. He jumps out of the car, waggs his tail and walks to the door. She sent pics of their walks together and we could relax, knowing our dog is in very good hands. Janke is a lovely, friendly and gentle lady. She took very good care of our bunny, Ella, while we were on holiday. We could rely on her to visit and feed Ella twice daily, sending feedback and pictures. Apart from that, she also took responsibility for watering plants, feeding fish in tanks and putting out food for a cat.

From the moment Janke came for a meet and greet with our dogs, we knew that she was the right person to look after our 3 precious angels. They were immediately attracted to her and we knew they were going to be happy with her. She did a brilliant job. We were kept updated daily with messages and even photos of our dogs.
